Bandai Namco Shanghai's Banpresto prize figure brand is launching a brand-new "Digimon DXF ~ADVENTURE ARCHIVES~" series, based on the classic "Digimon Adventure" anime! The first wave features two highly anticipated items: "Taichi Yagami & Agumon" and "Hikari Yagami & Gatomon," both slated for an August 2022 overseas release.
Designed to evoke childhood nostalgia, the "Digimon DXF ~ADVENTURE ARCHIVES~" series focuses on the beloved DigiDestined children and their partner Digimon. Beyond faithfully recreating their lively and adorable appearances from the show, each figure also comes with a unique base reflecting the series' world. The first release, "Taichi Yagami & Agumon," stands approximately 15 cm tall. It sculpts an energetic Taichi leaping forward alongside a sprightly Agumon, joyfully embarking on their adventure! Currently under supervision, collectors are eagerly anticipating details on the final support stands and whether the actual product will live up to the stunning promotional images.
"Hikari Yagami (Kari Kamiya) & Gatomon" measures approximately 12 cm tall. Featuring a light-footed Hikari and an incredibly cute Gatomon, this piece is pure charm. Her whistle is depicted mid-air, reflecting her dynamic pose, and her vibrant outfit colors are faithfully reproduced. Gatomon's forward-pouncing stance is undeniably adorable!
