MAX FACTORY, the renowned Japanese toy company, is set to release the latest addition to its popular "figma" articulated figure series: "figma Megumi Fushiguro" from the smash-hit anime "Jujutsu Kaisen." Following the releases of Yuji Itadori and Satoru Gojo, Megumi Fushiguro joins the lineup with a suggested retail price of 8,900 JPY, slated for January 2023.
Megumi Fushiguro (ふしぐろ めぐみ), a popular character from Gege Akutami's manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦), is known for his calm and cautious demeanor. He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, alongside the hot-headed protagonist Yuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki, all under the guidance of the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer, Satoru Gojo. Possessing the bloodline of the Zenin clan and immense talent, he achieved the rank of Grade 2 Jujutsu Sorcerer in his first year. As a Shadow Technique user, he can summon ten different Shikigami by forming hand signs that mimic animal poses, a technique known as the "Ten Shadows Technique."
The "figma Megumi Fushiguro" stands approximately 15 cm tall, faithfully recreating the popular character as an articulated figma. It meticulously reproduces his signature black spiky hair and the all-black, high-collared uniform of Jujutsu High. The figure comes with a wide array of interchangeable hand parts, allowing collectors to pose him performing his Shikigami summons, including "Divine Dog" and "Nue," as well as the intricate hand signs for his Domain Expansion, "Chimera Shadow Garden"! Paired with a calm "standard face," an intense "battle face," and a wildly maniacal "Chimera Shadow Garden face," fans can recreate various thrilling action scenes from the series!
Additionally, a deluxe "Divine Dog" Shikigami accessory (non-articulated) and a "shadow illustration sheet" are included.
