Good Smile Company's popular "POP UP PARADE" series of affordable pre-painted figures is expanding its "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood" lineup. Following the release of the Elric brothers, Edward and Alphonse, the highly anticipated duo of Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye and Colonel POP UP PARADE Roy Mustang non-scale PVC figures are also set to arrive! Each figure will retail for 3,900 JPY (tax included) and is scheduled for release in August 2022.
Known as the "Flame Alchemist," Roy Mustang is a charismatic State Alchemist and one of the most beloved characters from Hiromu Arakawa's "Fullmetal Alchemist" manga. Often referred to by his rank, Colonel, he's known for his handsome looks, fondness for beautiful women, and his ambition to become the nation's supreme ruler, the Führer – with a dream of having all female military personnel wear mini-skirts. He specializes in alchemy that manipulates the molecular composition of air to generate flames and explosions, though he famously becomes "useless" in wet or rainy conditions.
The POP UP PARADE Roy Mustang figure stands approximately 17 cm tall. He is sculpted in a dynamic pose, rubbing his ignition cloth gloves, poised to unleash a flame attack. His crisp military uniform features detailed, high-quality paintwork, while the dynamic sculpt of his coat tails adds to his cool factor and overall sense of movement. Coupled with the Colonel's confident expression and one hand casually in his pocket, he exudes an air of effortless cool. Display him alongside Lieutenant Hawkeye to recreate iconic scenes of them fighting side-by-side, guarding each other's backs!
