Chinese toy manufacturer Rocket Toys (ROC), officially licensed by Pierrot China, is set to release a 1/6 scale articulated figure of Uchiha Itachi from "Naruto Shippuden." Pre-orders are slated to open on April 7, 2022!
Uchiha Sasuke's older brother, Uchiha Itachi, was hailed as a genius among the Uchiha clan. He graduated from the Ninja Academy at age seven as the top student, awakened his Sharingan at eight, became a Chunin at ten, and served as a squad leader in the Hidden Leaf Village's Anbu at just thirteen. However, he later committed the infamous act of annihilating almost the entire Uchiha clan in a single night, sparing only his younger brother before deserting the Hidden Leaf Village to become a rogue ninja and joining the Akatsuki organization.
Following the previously announced product reveal, ROC has now unveiled details for their Uchiha Itachi 1/6 scale articulated figure. The figure features a fully articulated base body, meticulously crafted with a combination of fabric, alloy, PVC, and ABS materials to faithfully recreate Itachi's Akatsuki robe and other iconic details. Beyond capturing Itachi's cool demeanor and distinctive tear troughs, the design incorporates articulated eyes, significantly enhancing display possibilities! It comes with a standard head sculpt, along with two interchangeable expressions: one depicting him activating Amaterasu, and another smiling (featuring flowing bangs). These can be combined with his Three-Tomoe Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan, and bloodshot Mangekyo Sharingan eye options.
Additionally, the figure includes various costume accessories such as a straw hat, necklace, shoes, and clothing. The Akatsuki robe features embedded magnets, allowing the front flaps to open and close naturally. Accessories also include a crow, weapons like shuriken and kunai, and specialized hand gestures. These enable collectors to dynamically recreate various iconic actions and scenes from the series, portraying Itachi from different periods, whether as the gentle older brother or during his more ruthless moments.
