Following the RE/100 Lindwurm Gundam, BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division has officially announced the second mobile suit from "Gundam Build Divers Genius Head Line" to receive a Gunpla kit: the "MG 1/100 Ex Impulse Gundam." The release date for this Premium Bandai exclusive is yet to be determined.
"Gundam Build Divers Genius Head Line" is a new project serialized in the Gunpla magazine "GUNDAM HOBBY LIFE." It's set within the GBN (Gundam Battle Nexus) online game from "Gundam Build Divers," portraying a popular channel dedicated to showcasing notable battles. Renowned modeler NAOKI is responsible for both the mobile suit designs and the story, with each installment introducing different mobile suits and narratives.
The newly revealed Ex Impulse Gundam is also designed by modeler NAOKI. It's a modified version of the Impulse Gundam, originally piloted by Z.A.F.T. ace Shinn Asuka in "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY." Within the "Genius Head Line" storyline, this Gunpla is depicted battling the Lindwurm Gundam. Further product details will be announced soon.
