Following up on their previous "Agatsuma Zenitsu -Thunder Breathing-" release, Bandai Spirits' TAMASHII NATIONS is once again spotlighting the popular character from "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" with their latest Figuarts ZERO creation: the "Figuarts ZERO Agatsuma Zenitsu - Hekireki Issen"! This figure is slated for an August 2022 release with a suggested retail price of 8,250 JPY.
Agatsuma Zenitsu, one of the five survivors of the Final Selection alongside protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, is infamous for his cowardly nature. He's constantly screaming over minor issues, muttering to himself, and convinced he's "about to die at any moment." Desperate to not die single, he frequently pesters any girl he meets to marry him. However, when fear and stress push him to the point of passing out, his true, formidable power awakens, allowing him to execute the swift and precise techniques of the Thunder Breathing style.
The "Figuarts ZERO Agatsuma Zenitsu - Hekireki Issen" stands approximately 15cm tall, perfectly capturing the dynamic instant Zenitsu unleashes his Thunderclap and Flash technique! The ferocious attack is brought to life with translucent effect parts that blend gold and blue-green hues to create crackling lightning. This is paired with a kinetic, sword-drawing pose, flowing hair, and his signature haori with its distinct orange-to-yellow gradient, making the entire piece incredibly vivid and powerful. Furthermore, the serious, focused expression he only shows in battle has been meticulously recreated.
