Following the release of several "Jurassic World Dominion" themed sets, including 76943–76948 and 76950 and 76951, LEGO officially unveiled its latest product yesterday (the 5th): the "76949 Giganotosaurus and Therizinosaurus Attack" set!
As the largest set announced for the "Jurassic World Dominion" theme so far, this impressive 810-piece build delivers big. Not only does it include two heavyweight LEGO dinosaurs – the Giganotosaurus and Therizinosaurus – but it also features what appears to be a research center and observation tower, a helicopter, and an ATV-like vehicle. Most notably, the minifigure lineup finally brings back Dr. Alan Grant, alongside Owen, Claire, Ellie, pilot Kayla Watts, and geneticist Henry Wu.
▼ The LEGO Giganotosaurus shares a similar silhouette with the T-Rex but features distinct fin-like structures on its back and numerous scar prints across its body. Meanwhile, the Therizinosaurus stands out with its incredibly impressive, long claws on both hands.
