The highly anticipated "SPY×FAMILY" anime finally premiered recently, and everyone's been charmed by Anya, right?! Now, from BANDAI SPIRITS' Tamashii Nations collectors division, the S.H.Figuarts action figure line has officially unveiled the hottest topic of late: Anya Forger! She is slated for an October 2022 release.
May 25, 2022 Update:
The comedy manga "SPY×FAMILY," created by Japanese manga artist Tatsuya Endo, centers on a unique family: Loid Forger, a top-tier spy codenamed "Twilight"; Yor Forger, a formidable assassin codenamed "Thorn Princess"; and Anya Forger, a psychic girl formerly known as "Test Subject 007." This seemingly harmonious family—with a handsome dad, beautiful mom, and adorable daughter—is actually built on secrets, as each member conceals their true identity. This intriguing premise sets the stage for a series of heartwarming, hilarious, and genuinely emotional family moments, despite their fabricated facade.
The "S.H.Figuarts Anya Forger Action Figure" stands approximately 8 cm tall, faithfully capturing her iconic black and gray dress. It meticulously recreates her pink hair, hair ornaments, and the small bow on her chest, perfectly translating her petite proportions. The highlight is undoubtedly the rich assortment of interchangeable face plates, including a cheerful smile, a pleading expression, a confident "Heh" face (the "Plan-Go-Through" face), a shocked face from a setback, and the now-iconic, sophisticated "Heh" face that has taken the internet by storm! Combined with full articulation and interchangeable hands, collectors can recreate Anya's myriad poses and expressions. This is a must-have!
