Japanese toy manufacturer stasto (Stand Stones) is set to release a construction-themed accessory capsule toy line, "1/24 Scale THE Construction Safety Equipment Phase 1," in August 2022!
Centered around road construction, this collection features six types of accessory toys. The lineup includes large, medium, and small signboards (displaying warnings, construction times, and apologies for inconvenience), traffic cones with warning bars (カラーコーン&バー), A-type barricades (A型バリケード), and the charming humanoid robot, "Anzen-kun" (人型ロボット安全くん)! A fantastic feature is that the medium and small signboards each come with four interchangeable display options, offering greater playability. Anzen-kun's arms are also articulated, allowing them to move up and down just like the real robots seen at construction sites – making it undoubtedly the most popular item in this capsule toy series! Furthermore, stasto has announced that this is just "Phase 1," with hopes to release more new items in the future, allowing collectors to complete impressive construction dioramas.
