This time, they're diving into the iconic world of manga artist Leiji Matsumoto's "Galaxy Express 999" to release a stunning 1/1 scale "Gravity Saber Queen Emeraldas Ver. Water Gun," inspired by the formidable space pirate, Queen Emeraldas! Priced at 8,800 JPY, this elegant collectible is slated for a September 2022 release.
Queen Emeraldas, princess of Planet Maetel and sister to Maetel, is a powerful, enigmatic, and beautiful space pirate known for her fierce and cool demeanor. She's often referred to as the "Galaxy's Female Black Knight."
Much like the "Warrior's Gun" water gun released in August 2018, the "Gravity Saber Queen Emeraldas Ver. Water Gun" is crafted from ABS plastic at a 1/1 true scale, delivering a premium feel. It features Emeraldas' signature black skull motif, complemented by metallic silver-black paint applications on the barrel and body, creating a realistic and weighty appearance. Measuring approximately 820mm in total length, its elongated barrel is particularly striking.
The prototype was meticulously sculpted by Model Works Grenade (MWG), an armaments model specialist. They cleverly concealed the water inlet within the spring mechanism, ensuring that the piece looks flawless whether you're elegantly wielding it for a water battle or simply displaying it as a sophisticated collectible.
