Max Factory, the Japanese toy company behind the popular PLAMAX plastic model kit brand, recently announced the latest addition to its "Macross Cockpit Collection": the "PLAMAX MF-59 minimum factory Cockpit Collection RVF-25 Messiah Valkyrie (Luca Angeloni's Unit)," scheduled for release in November 2022.

The "PLAMAX Cockpit Collection" features highly detailed 1/20 scale plastic model kits of iconic fighter jets from the beloved sci-fi anime series "Macross." Once assembled, these impressive kits measure approximately 30 cm in length, meticulously recreating the internal cockpit structure and including decals with various aircraft markings. This latest release spotlights the "RVF-25 Messiah Valkyrie" piloted by Luca Angeloni from "Macross Frontier."
The 1/20 scale "RVF-25 Messiah Valkyrie (Luca Angeloni's Unit)" boasts a substantial length of approximately 34 cm. This kit reuses parts from the previously released VF-25F, featuring intricately sculpted details that capture the distinctive green color and sleek, cool nose cone silhouette characteristic of Luca's unit. The clear cockpit canopy is also detachable, allowing for a full view of the highly detailed interior. Included decals with markings and warning data further enhance the visual information.
