From Shanghai-based statue manufacturer Infinity Studio, their latest product from "ONE PIECE," the "Luffy VS Magellan" diorama statue, was announced yesterday (4th)! It will be limited to a total of 499 units.
This piece powerfully brings to life the battle scene of "Luffy's" first confrontation with Impel Down Warden "Magellan" at a height of 55 cm. The colossal Magellan unleashes his "Hydra," and amidst his fierce expression, a hint of surprise from Luffy's heavy blow is visible. The purple venom clinging to his body is sculpted with realistic fluid dynamics, and around the scene, one can see dripping venom effects and the incredibly cool Hydra, conveying Magellan's formidable Devil Fruit ability and strength, capable of dominating the entire battlefield. Magellan's main body also meticulously recreates details such as his distinctive head, armbands, metal gloves, and more, with the coat even sculpted to show a leather-like texture.
On Luffy's side, he is depicted in a determined stance, entering Gear Second to launch a counterattack against Magellan with "Jet Bazooka." In addition to his reddened body, well-defined musculature, his "Impel Down" arc attire, and his desperate expression, this piece also brings to life the smoke effects after entering Gear Second and the impact effects of his super-fast attack, greatly enhancing the overall tension! The crumbling stone pillars and damaged floor nearby also sufficiently demonstrate the intensity of the battle—it's truly incredibly cool!
