Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys yesterday (28th) announced the second wave of figures available for pre-order at the annual grand event "Hot Toys Summer Showcase 2022 Collectible Figures Exhibition"! This article brings you information on the new 1/6th scale collectible figure, "Mighty Thor", from "Thor: Love and Thunder", following the previously released "Thor" figure.
This figure stands approximately 29 cm tall with 28 points of articulation. It faithfully recreates "Mighty Thor's" heroic appearance from the movie, complete with helmet, battle armor, and red cape. The arm sculpt excellently captures the muscular, trained physique of actress Natalie Portman for the role. The head sculpt features fair skin, with sculpted hair, and is expected to include an interchangeable unmasked head sculpt (details not yet fully announced). The helmet and various armor pieces showcase intricate texture detailing and a layered effect created by the interplay of metallic and leather textures, making the overall design both elegant and powerful.
Accessories include the cracked Mjolnir (with LED light-up function), lightning effects, multiple interchangeable hands, and a "Love and Thunder" themed display base. Additionally, Hot Toys has also released a special version that includes a battle-damaged helmet.
