Following the release of Thor, Japan's Sentinel Co. has announced "Loki" (ロキ) as the next new product in its "Fighting Armor (ファイティングアーマー)" articulated figure series, which reinterprets MARVEL superheroes with a unique style! It is scheduled for release in February 2023.
Fighting Armor is an original series focused on "Sentinel-izing" Marvel heroes, creating cool armored designs that match each character's essence. For this "Loki" figure, Kunio Okawara once again handled the overall mechanical design, while Hiroyuki Komatsubara was responsible for the prototype. Standing approximately 17 cm tall, this piece faithfully recreates Loki's iconic golden horned helmet, exuding an extremely strong, heavy metallic feel. While maintaining the gold, green, and black color scheme, it features intricate sharp armor and delicate mechanical structures. The silver accents, brown on the legs, and blue on the palms and sides of the knees further enhance the layering of this Loki figure.
Accessories include multiple interchangeable hands and a reinterpreted scepter. The cape is made of fabric with an embedded wire, allowing for free posing, and with the included stand, battle poses can be made even more dynamic! Pair it with the "Fighting Armor Thor" to recreate captivating scenes of the brothers working together or clashing against each other.
