Following the immensely popular and highly discussed product "DX Don Onitaijin," Japan's Bandai Toys has once again announced the latest product from "Avataro Sentai Donbrothers": the "Don Robotaro Articulation Enhancement & Deployment Accessory Set," scheduled for release in January 2023.
The "Don Robotaro Articulation Enhancement & Deployment Accessory Set" is an enhancement accessory set designed to be used with the separately sold product "DX Don Onitaijin." It includes an articulation-enhanced Don Robotaro, interchangeable open-hand parts, a gunbai (war fan), a chair, a camp curtain backdrop, and other components, all designed to significantly boost the articulation and playability of DX Don Onitaijin.
The Articulation-Enhanced Don Robotaro primarily features redesigned skirt armor and hip joints. When replacing the original Don Robotaro to form Don Onitaijin, the articulated front skirt armor can be lifted upwards by over 90 degrees, greatly increasing the range of thigh movement. The hip joints have been modified into a multi-axis articulation mechanism, allowing the legs to spread left and right, enabling more dynamic battle poses. It can even achieve a "sitting pose" that was previously impossible. With this sitting pose, combined with the magnificent camp curtain backdrop, gunbai, chair, and other parts included in the set, you can recreate the cool scene from the show where Don Onitaijin prepares for deployment!
