Bandai Spirits' popular and best-selling S.H.Figuarts series will release its latest product, the "S.H.Figuarts Broly SUPER HERO" action figure, based on the theatrical film 《Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero》. The suggested retail price is 8,250 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2023.
In the animated series setting of 《Dragon Ball》, Broly is a once-in-a-millennium "legendary Super Saiyan born with innate ferocity and brutality" who possessed incredibly high battle power from birth, and is also one of the very few Saiyan survivors. He is usually taciturn but becomes extremely brutal and enjoys destruction during battle. As an infant, his high battle power was seen as a threat by King Vegeta, and both father and son were almost murdered. The surviving Broly's latent power awakened, harboring intense hatred.
The "S.H.Figuarts Broly SUPER HERO" action figure stands approximately 19 cm tall, faithfully recreating Broly's appearance from 《Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero》. His black bodysuit reveals his magnificent muscles and distinctly defined (?) abdominal muscles, while the fur around his waist is also meticulously sculpted. In addition to a standard emotionless face, it comes with three interchangeable expression parts: a gritting teeth face for battle, a shouting face, and a hilariously crying face. Paired with interchangeable hand gestures such as clenched fists, open hands, and pointing, you can enjoy a variety of scenes~
It also includes a head part that can be combined with the "S.H.Figuarts Ultimate Gohan SUPER HERO"!
