Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys today (6th) announced its latest product from the 2003 "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" series: the "Obi-Wan Kenobi" 1/6th scale collectible figure! It is expected to ship in Q1-Q2 2024.
This figure stands approximately 30.5 cm tall with 30 points of articulation throughout the body. It faithfully recreates General Kenobi during the Clone Wars era, clad in Jedi attire and white armor as depicted in the series. In addition to realistic weathering effects visible on various parts of the armor, the left shoulder pad is adorned with the Jedi Order emblem. A brown Jedi Knight cloak can be added to his back, or an extra Clone Trooper helmet can be swapped in for diverse display options. Although based on an animated series, Hot Toys once again utilizes high-definition anthropomorphic technology to bring the animated character to life in the head sculpt, creating an excellent head sculpt that captures the essence and likeness of "Ewan McGregor".
Accessories include a blue lightsaber with LED light-up function, a lightsaber blade in motion effect, a lightsaber hilt, a mini holographic projection-like statue of Anakin Skywalker, a holographic device, binoculars, multiple interchangeable hands, and a display base.
