Queen Studios, a manufacturer skilled at capturing character charm and recreating realistic details with large-scale statues, recently announced under its collectible figure brand "INART" a new product from the fantasy epic The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, following "Gandalf": the new "Aragorn" 1/6 scale collectible figure! It will be simultaneously released in Standard and Premium versions, with an estimated shipping date in Q4 2023.
Aragorn, son of Arathorn, is a descendant of the Númenóreans, possessing royal blood and the stature to become King of Men. In the film's lore, Aragorn has always concealed his royal lineage, operating as a humble Ranger in the northern lands, undertaking reconnaissance and missions, thereby honing his formidable combat skills and tracking abilities. In The Fellowship of the Ring, Aragorn appears as "Strider," and after the War of the Ring in The Return of the King, he ascends as King Elessar of Gondor.
This 1/6 scale collectible figure of "Aragorn" stands approximately 33 cm tall (including the base). It is crafted from a variety of mixed materials including metal, resin, PVC, ABS, fabric, and wool, faithfully recreating his Ranger attire from the first film. The rich layering created by the tunic, long duster coat, cloak, and various equipment, along with the realistic weathering and damage on the clothing, make this piece incredibly lifelike. The accessories are incredibly abundant, including forearm guards, Boromir's gauntlets, a long sword, a sword and companion blade, a dagger, a bow and quiver, arrows, a bow, a pipe, a necklace, a whetstone, and more.
