American sculpting brand Gentle Giant recently unveiled a new statue, "Kit Fisto," from "Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones"! It is expected to ship in Q3 2023.
Among the many Jedi Knights in the Star Wars saga, Kit Fisto's appearance is undoubtedly one of the most memorable. As a Nautolan from the ocean planet Glee Anselm, he can use the highly sensitive tendrils on his head to perceive information such as the internal chemical composition and emotional changes of surrounding creatures. Furthermore, Fisto is a highly skilled Jedi. In the film "Attack of the Clones," Fisto's most iconic moment is undoubtedly when he uses the Force to defeat droids, effortlessly smiling afterward. He also featured in exciting underwater combat in the 2003 animated series "Star Wars: Clone Wars."
This piece stands approximately 9 inches (about 22.8 cm) tall, capturing Kit Fisto in a battle stance, wielding his green lightsaber with a low center of gravity. The exquisite paint application brings a realistic biological feel to his green skin, head tendrils, skin texture, and hands. The gradient at the tips of his tendrils and the markings on his body are also meticulously detailed. Furthermore, the brown-toned Jedi robes, cloak, and boots are sculpted with wrinkles created by his dynamic pose, while rich shading effects enhance the overall sense of depth! For collectors who appreciate lesser-known Star Wars characters, this Kit Fisto statue is undoubtedly a masterpiece worth acquiring.
