American toy brand Hasbro's Star Wars product line, "The Vintage Collection," has announced a new "Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes" deluxe figure set from Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. The suggested retail price is $89.99 USD, with an estimated release in April 2023.
First appearing in the film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, "Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes" is the resident band at the Mos Eisley Cantina on Tatooine. Led by the Bith Figrin D'an, it is a seven-member ensemble famous for their song "Mad About Me."
The Star Wars The Vintage Collection "Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes" action figure set recreates the dynamic space legendary band from a galaxy far, far away in 3.75-inch scale, faithfully reproducing the Bith's distinctive, almost "butt-like" head sculpt. The set includes all seven band members: Figrin D'an, Nalan Cheel, Doikk Na'ts, Tedn Dahai, Tech M'or, Ickabel G'ont, and Sun'il Ei'de, along with their respective seven instruments. Each figure features simple articulation in the head, arms, and legs, allowing fans to pose them in their iconic cantina performance!
