Bandai's Original Mecha Musume Assembly Model "30 MINUTES SISTERS" Series Announces Collaboration with "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS" - All In-Game Characters to be Commercialized!

The original mecha musume-themed assembly model "30 MINUTES SISTERS" series, launched by the HOBBY Division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced a collaboration with the game "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS." In the future, a series of assembly model products based on the game's idol characters will be released using the 30MS series bodies!

The idol training game "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS," operated by Japan's Bandai Namco Entertainment, is about to celebrate its fifth anniversary. In the game, players take on the role of a producer at 283 PRODUCTION, nurturing female idols under their wing. Over eight weeks, players enhance the idols' performance abilities through dialogue, lessons, events, and other branching options, pouring sweat and tears to achieve their most dazzling form, with the goal of winning competitions like "W.I.N.G." Including the recently announced solo idol "Ruka Ikaruga," who transferred to 283, players will be able to train up to 26 idol characters in the future.

This collaboration between "30 MINUTES SISTERS" and "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS," both Bandai's own IPs, is completely unreserved. Right from the start, all idol characters in the game will be commercialized as assembly models. Popular characters such as Hiori Kazano, Meguru Hachimiya, Madoka Higuchi, Sakuya Shirase, and others will be brought to life as three-dimensional figures using the 30MS series' posable bodies. Transforming them into mecha musume equipped with various armaments will also not be an issue. It was also announced that original idol costumes designed by illustrator Fumikane Shimada will be commercialized. We can look forward to seeing the 30MS original characters in their idol forms!
