Following the recent announcement of its inaugural model kit product, "Rikka Takarada," emerging model kit manufacturer annulus has once again announced the second product from the anime "SSSS.GRIDMAN," the "Akane Shinjo Articulated Model Kit," scheduled for release in September 2023.
This kit utilizes multi-color molded parts and waterslide decals to create an articulated model of the series' other heroine, Akane Shinjo. Standing approximately 15 cm tall upon completion, it faithfully reproduces Akane Shinjo's distinctive hairstyle, physique, and half-open jacket with intricate part sculpting. It also features a flexible articulation design, with numerous joints in the neck, waist, and limbs, allowing for a wide range of natural poses.
Furthermore, the accessory parts allow Akane Shinjo to be equipped with headphones, glasses, and bare legs (without stockings and shoes), recreating her more unkempt appearance at home. It even includes accessories such as the card case gifted by Rikka, the utility knife used to stab Yuta Hibiki, and a hand-holding part that can be linked with Rikka, enabling the recreation of numerous iconic scenes from the series!
