BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" from Japan will release its latest product based on the "Street Fighter Series": "S.H.Figuarts Ryu -Outfit 2-"! The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2024.
Ryu, the popular protagonist from the "Street Fighter" game series, is a true martial artist who constantly trains himself to face stronger opponents, thus exploring the world in search of worthy adversaries. He practices the "Ansatsuken" (Assassination Fist) martial arts style, renowned for classic special moves like Hadoken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!
The "S.H.Figuarts Ryu -Outfit 2-" action figure stands approximately 15 cm tall. It is an improved version based on the S.H.Figuarts Ryu released in 2016, featuring a new paint application inspired by his classic costume from "Street Fighter 6". In addition to a more muscular physique, details such as the fabric texture of his white gi are also more finely rendered. It comes with 3 interchangeable face parts, including a newly sculpted gritting teeth expression, as well as attack effect parts to recreate his special move "Hadoken", and background accessories depicting a game battle scene, allowing for a more vivid recreation of the game's world!
