The popular die-cast toy series 'Soul of Chogokin,' released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., will launch a renewed product based on 'Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle,' the "GX-37B King Joe BLACK ." It will have a suggested retail price of 16,500 JPY and is scheduled for release in April 2024!
The "Soul of Chogokin GX-37B King Joe BLACK ," a renewed version of the initial product released in 2008, features a color scheme updated to a deep black body that more closely resembles its appearance in the film 'Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle.' The metallic accents have also been changed to champagne gold, creating a sharper contrast and enhancing the overall premium feel. Constructed with numerous die-cast parts, it faithfully recreates the transformation and combination mechanism of the four UFOs. It also includes a Pedan Alien UFO that can be stored in the display base. The gold-lettered black nameplate on the base has removed the 40th-anniversary commemorative text from the original version.
