Japanese toy company MAX FACTORY's popular action figure series "figma" will release a product for the popular hololive EN VTuber, "figma Gawr Gura"! The suggested retail price is 10,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in August 2024!
Gawr Gura, a first-generation member of the VTuber group hololive English (hololive EN), debuted in September 2020. Her distinctive name may originate from strange underwater sounds. Her character design was created by Natsuki Amashiro, and her character setting is a descendant of Atlantis with the ability to converse with marine life. She wears a shark-themed hood and outfit, and her mascot companion, a small shark named Bloop, might become Gura's emergency food in a pinch.
The "figma Gawr Gura" action figure stands approximately 13.5 cm tall, faithfully recreating the Shark Queen's super cute shark outfit, distinctive white and blue streaked hair, and shark-like jagged teeth. It comes with three adorable interchangeable expressions: a smiling "Smiling Face," a "Closed-Eye Smiling Face," and an "Open-Mouth Face." Paired with accessories like "Bloop" and a "Trident," you can enjoy various poses of the Shark Queen. Additionally, an "Unhooded Head" is included for replacement.
