BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division "TAMASHII NATIONS" in Japan is releasing the latest product in its popular S.H.Figuarts action figure series, based on the popular anime "Dragon Ball Z": "S.H.Figuarts Cui"! The suggested retail price is 7,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in July 2024.
Frieza's elite subordinate, Cui (キュイ), was initially a formidable rival with strength comparable to Vegeta, tasked with eliminating him. However, his most memorable action was when Vegeta's battle power reached 24,000, causing Cui to directly explode and freeze in terror! He even contemplated betraying Frieza, only to be instantly killed by Vegeta.
The "S.H.Figuarts Cui" action figure stands approximately 14 cm tall, faithfully recreating Cui's distinctive purple skin, his lewd(?) head, and granular protrusions(??). In addition to a standard evil grin, it includes a wealth of interchangeable expressions such as a "shouting face," a "terrified face," an "Ah!! Lord Frieza!! face," and a "blown-up face." It also comes with Vegeta's expression parts and interchangeable hand gestures, allowing you to recreate memorable scenes from the series when paired with the separately sold "Vegeta -Battle Power 24000-"!
