S-FIRE, the popular figure brand under Japanese game company SEGA, will release its latest product, the "Megumi Fushiguro" 1/7 scale figure, based on the popular anime and manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen." The suggested retail price is 28,600 Japanese Yen, with an anticipated release in November 2024!
Megumi Fushiguro (ふしぐろ めぐみ) is a popular character from the manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦) by Japanese manga artist Gege Akutami. He possesses a calm and composed demeanor and acts cautiously. He is a classmate at Tokyo Jujutsu High alongside the hot-blooded protagonist Yuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki, and is mentored by the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer, Satoru Gojo. With the bloodline of the Zenin family and exceptional talent, he became a Grade 2 Jujutsu Sorcerer in his first year. As a Shadow Technique user, he summons ten types of shikigami through shadow puppets mimicking animal forms, a technique known as "Ten Shadows Technique."
The S-FIRE "Megumi Fushiguro" 1/7 scale figure stands approximately 21.5 cm tall. The sculpt is based on the "Death Painting Arc" from the first season of the TV anime, specifically the scene of Fushiguro's Domain Expansion, "Chimera Shadow Garden." It recreates the moment he summons the shikigami "Divine Dog: Totality" and "Toad" using the Ten Shadows Technique, emerging from the surrounding shadows. His sharp gaze in battle, complex hand gestures, and poised, half-crouching stance showcase Fushiguro's power. The uniform's wrinkles are emphasized through shadow painting, giving it a textured effect that complements the dynamic pose. Additionally, by using the dedicated "Play AR" application, you can activate an AR special effect function linked to the figure, presenting powerful visual effects that transcend reality!
