BANDAI SPIRITS' popular die-cast action figure series, 'Chogokin Damashii,' has finally announced the commercialization of 'ChoRyuJin' from the 'GaoGaiGar' series, a product that has been showcased multiple times as a prototype.
ChoRyuJin is the combined form achieved when the twin Brave Robots, Hyoryu and Enryu, members of the "GGG Mobile Unit," achieve a mental synchronization rate of 90% or higher and perform a "Symmetry Union." It possesses performance comparable to GaoGaiGar and combines the personalities and abilities of both Hyoryu and Enryu. It can simultaneously fire high-temperature and low-temperature energy projectiles from the cannons mounted on its arms and sides of its waist. Furthermore, it can equip the specialized Megaton Tool, the "Eraser Head," to neutralize energy generated by explosions or force fields, used for disaster relief or assisting GaoGaiGar in combat.
While detailed product information for "Chogokin Damashii ChoRyuJin" has not yet been released, several in-development prototypes have been exhibited in recent years. The product will include the two individual units, "Hyoryu" and "Enryu," which can be played with separately. They will feature weapons such as rifles for their robot forms and transformation mechanisms for their vehicle forms. Crucially, it will also recreate the "Symmetry Union" transformation and combination into "ChoRyuJin" as seen in the series.
