Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's Collectors Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, under its highly popular articulated figure toy series "S.H.Figuarts", is scheduled to release in May 2024, an articulated figure product of the popular character "Guile" (GUILE) from CAPCOM's classic fighting game "Street Fighter": "S.H.Figuarts Guile -Outfit 2-"! The price will be 8,800 Japanese Yen.
We believe everyone is quite familiar with the character Guile; even if you don't know his name, you're surely aware of the classic "Arigato" meme (a phonetic corruption of "Sonic Boom"). First appearing in "Street Fighter II", Guile has always been a very popular character. His unique hairstyle, along with his catchy, easy-to-remember, and simple-to-use special moves, have captured the hearts of many players. Guile has appeared in almost every title in the series, with the exception of "Street Fighter III", and can also be found in crossover titles like "Capcom vs SNK" and "Marvel vs Capcom".
This S.H.Figuarts "Guile Outfit 2" articulated figure stands approximately 16 cm tall. Its design references Guile's classic costume from the latest "Street Fighter 6", featuring his familiar golden flat-top haircut, military-style olive green and camouflage pants, as well as Guile's muscular physique and the American flag tattoo on his arm. For accessories, it includes two interchangeable face parts (normal and shouting), and two types of left and right hand parts each. It also comes with a Sonic Boom effect part, allowing you to recreate the classic "Arigato" move, and an included background sheet to enhance the atmosphere.
