Kaiyodo's "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" Articulated Figures Announce "Attack on Titan / Female Titan / Armored Titan" Commercialization!

Kaiyodo, the popular articulated figure series "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" developed by the Japanese model manufacturer, announced today the commercialization of three new figures from the popular manga "Attack on Titan": "Attack Titan," "Female Titan," and "Armored Titan." Release dates are yet to be determined.

The "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" series features articulated figures sculpted by Kaiyodo's renowned sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, utilizing the highly acclaimed Revoltech joint system. While initially focusing on Marvel and DC superheroes, the series has recently expanded to include Japanese anime characters such as "My Hero Academia" and "A Certain Scientific Railgun." This series is celebrated not only for its outstanding and powerful sculpts but also for its exceptionally flexible articulated joints, which are the soul of the series, allowing for dynamic battle poses from the original works with various accessories and effect parts.

This time, the "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" series has announced the production of the "Attack Titan," transformed by protagonist Eren; the "Female Titan," transformed by Annie; and the "Armored Titan," transformed by Reiner. While development prototypes have not yet been revealed, considering these three Titans are unclothed and primarily engage in physical combat, they are expected to be an excellent fit for the "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" series, allowing for the recreation of intense battle scenes from the series with their highly flexible articulated joints.
