GOOD SMILE COMPANY, a Japanese figure manufacturer, recently announced the upcoming release of the latest product from their Q-version, low-head-to-body ratio articulated doll series, "Nendoroid Doll," featuring "Anya Forger" from "SPY×FAMILY," scheduled for July 2024.
The "Nendoroid Doll" series combines the extensive character variety of the "Nendoroid" series with the features of an articulated doll body. Flexible ball joints are used for the shoulders and hips, while additional articulation points in the chest, waist, and feet significantly enhance poseability. The head-to-body ratio is taller and more slender than the standard Nendoroid series, but the head specifications remain identical to regular Nendoroid products, allowing for interchangeable parts. The outfits are designed as removable fabric clothing, enabling you to dress your favorite Nendoroid Doll characters in costumes from other series or original outfits from Good Smile Company!
The head parts of the "Nendoroid Doll Anya Forger" continue from the previously released Nendoroid version, faithfully recreating her distinctive conical hair ornaments and pink hair coloring. The face plates are also detachable and interchangeable; although the product includes only one standard face, it can be swapped with face plates from the separately sold Nendoroid version, Anya's interchangeable face plates, and other Nendoroid face plates of the same specification.
The outfit is sewn from fabric with printed patterns to create the Eden Academy uniform, reproducing the designs on the cuffs and skirt hem, as well as the ribbon and metal buckle on the collar. The removable structure allows it to be separated into a top, pants, long socks, and leather shoes. This design ensures minimal interference with the doll body's range of motion, allowing you to freely pose her in various adorable stances from the series using the included open hands, clenched fists, pointing finger hands, and display stand!
