From China's high-quality collectible toy brand HIYA TOYS, under its EXQUISITE BASIC series, following the release of "Mothra," comes the latest product based on Legendary Pictures' 2019 film "Godzilla II: King of the Monsters": the "Mothra Emerald Titan Ver." action figure! The suggested retail price is US$51, with an estimated release in Q3 2024.
The colossal beast Mothra, appearing in Legendary Pictures' "Godzilla II: King of the Monsters," is a legendary creature continuously monitored by Monarch in the depths of Yunnan, China, and regarded as a "god." Departing from the rounded, cute design of the Toho version, Mothra is reimagined with a new, mantis-like long-limbed appearance, paying homage to the initial design from the first "Mothra" film in 1961.
The "HIYA TOYS Mothra Emerald Titan Ver." action figure measures approximately 14 inches in length (with a wingspan of 36 cm). Based on the slender body design from the Legendary film, it faithfully recreates Mothra's magnificent wing patterns and slender legs, featuring 11 points of articulation across its four wings and six legs. It is painted with a highly organic gradient, in a fluorescent grayish-blue, recreating the dazzling emerald-like blue glow emitted in the movie poster!
