Hasbro, the renowned American toy brand, will release two new products under its Marvel 6-inch action figure line, "Marvel Legends," based on the 2018 film "Deadpool 2": "Deadpool" and "Wolverine." Each figure has a suggested retail price of US$24.99 and is expected to be released in July 2024!
At the end of the 2018 film "Deadpool 2," Deadpool used Cable's time machine to wreak havoc across various timelines in the multiverse. The film, through editing footage from the 2009 movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," allowed the new Deadpool to appear on the same stage as Wolverine, albeit in a different frame. The Deadpool film series is also set to release a new installment this year, "Deadpool & Wolverine," with Hugh Jackman returning as Wolverine to officially star alongside Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool. The announcement caused a massive sensation! The official trailer for "Deadpool & Wolverine" was also released earlier this year, building immense anticipation!
Although these two products are stated to be from "Deadpool 2," the Wolverine figure likely draws inspiration from "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" (?). Both items faithfully recreate the characters' appearances from the films. Deadpool comes with his iconic katanas, dual pistols, and a knife, along with that unspeakable unicorn doll! Wolverine is depicted in his white tank top and jeans, as seen during his battle with that version of Deadpool at the end of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine." His angry alternate head sculpt perfectly captures his fierce expression during combat. Collecting both figures allows fans to get a sneak peek at Deadpool and Wolverine together in one frame!
