Following "40703 Micro NINJAGO City", the Danish LEGO toy company has once again announced a new product, item number 40704, "Micro NINJAGO Docks"! It is expected to be released as a gift-with-purchase, but sales information has not yet been announced.
As a scaled-down version of "70657 NINJAGO City Docks", the 40704 set contains 275 pieces. Once assembled, it measures approximately 10 cm in height and length. While fully preserving the architectural outlines, it uses just the right amount of pieces to create sections representing the market, apartments, and tea house. Comparing it to the 70657 on the back of the box, one can truly appreciate the ingenious design and brick-stacking techniques. The original small boat is even completed with just three pieces, perfectly conveying the possibilities of LEGO! Since it has fewer pieces than "40703 Micro NINJAGO City", the gift-with-purchase threshold should also be slightly lower.
