Renowned American toy manufacturer Hasbro has launched a new series of products based on the 1986 spin-off animation of Ghostbusters, "The Real Ghostbusters" — the "The Real Ghostbusters Kenner Classics Action Figure Series." Each figure has a suggested retail price of US$14.99 and is now available for pre-order on the official Hasbro Pulse US website!
"The Real Ghostbusters" is a spin-off animation from the Ghostbusters series that aired from 1986 to 1991, spanning seven seasons. It tells more heroic tales of these New York ghost-catching heroes. In 2021, the official Ghostbusters channel also uploaded "The Real Ghostbusters" animation to YouTube, allowing everyone to rewatch this classic cartoon online for free!
This series faithfully recreates the themed toys produced by the classic toy brand Kenner for "The Real Ghostbusters" in the 80s. It features four classic figures of the protagonists and the ghosts they captured: "Peter Venkman & Gruesome Twosome Ghost," "Ray Stantz & Jail Jaw Ghost," "Egon Spengler & Soar Throat Ghost," and "Winston Zeddemore & Scream Roller Ghost" (all names are provisional translations). Each package will feature the classic Kenner logo, and the figures themselves are articulated. They include each character's ghost-catching accessories and retain the fun gimmicks of the classic toys, allowing for startled expressions such as wide-open eyes, bulging eyes, and elongated mouths, perfectly reproducing the clever designs of the original Kenner versions!

This remastered edition is currently sold out on the official US website. Interested collectors might need to wait for official Taiwanese announcements or spend some time searching!
