Trick or Treat Studios, a brand specializing in Halloween horror-themed merchandise and prop replicas, recently announced two light-up wall decorations based on the classic 80s film Ghostbusters – "Slimer" and "Terror Dog Zull" – priced at $375 and $299.99 respectively, with an estimated release in September 2024!
Slimer is the gluttonous ghost the Ghostbusters encounter in the hotel, and the first ghost they actually fought and captured. This Slimer light-up wall decor stands approximately 29 inches (73.6 cm) tall, featuring three parts – the main body and two hands – to depict Slimer bursting through a wall. The intricate sculpting faithfully recreates Slimer's various wrinkled textures and facial details from the film, with slime detailing where it meets the wall. The green body is made of translucent material, allowing for manual or remote-controlled illumination, recreating Slimer's eerie green glow from the movie in dark spaces!
Zull, the minion of the final boss Gozer, possesses the protagonist Dana and her neighbor Louis in the film, and is actually one of two ferocious Terror Dogs. The Terror Dog Zull light-up wall decor is approximately 35.6 cm (14 inches) tall and 49.5 cm (19.5 inches) long, depicting Zull's head mounted on a wall. It faithfully recreates the Terror Dog's fierce appearance from the movie, capturing the texture and feel of the film prop. The illumination effect is installed in the eyes, also activated manually or via remote control, allowing Zull to unleash an evil glow of ancient power in the dark!
