SEGA PRIZE, the popular prize figure brand under Japanese game company SEGA, will release the latest "Aura the Guillotine" FIGURE prize figure as part of its popular "Desktop x Decorate Collections" series, themed after "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End." It is scheduled to debut in Autumn 2024!
In "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," Aura, one of the Seven Sages of Destruction, is a great demon who has lived for over 500 years. She possesses the magical item "Scales of Obedience." By placing her own soul and the opponent's soul on the scales, the side with higher magical power can activate the Obedience Magic, forcing the other to obey until their body decays. To prevent those under her control from resisting with their mental strength, Aura beheads all her subordinates and forms them into her army, thus earning her the title "the Guillotine."
The "Desktop x Decorate Collections Aura the Guillotine" has had its release information revealed early, recreating the classic scene where Aura confidently pulls out the Scales of Obedience and even manages a smile while confronting Frieren! Her distinctive voluminous braided hairstyle is meticulously sculpted, and the scales in her hand are given a metallic paint finish. However, from the current supervised images, it appears to be a solid, unhollowed sculpt. How is one supposed to place souls in it then?
