GASHAPON "Haikyuu!! x Sanrio Characters Acrylic Collection" Gashapon, an Unexpectedly Cute and Dreamy Collaboration!

Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a collaboration product between the popular sports manga "Haikyuu!!" and the super popular Sanrio Characters – the "Haikyuu!! x Sanrio Characters Acrylic Collection" Gashapon. The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in late July 2024!

This product is themed after the theatrical film "Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle," featuring many popular characters from both Karasuno and Nekoma High Schools in "Haikyuu!!". They appear in cute chibi forms alongside Sanrio Characters, with the Sanrio characters even donning the uniforms of the two schools. The incredibly adorable visuals are irresistible! This release includes two series of products: acrylic stands and acrylic charms, with 8 designs each, totaling 16 types. The winning rate for the acrylic stands is 3.5%, slightly lower than the 9% for the charms. Toy collectors hoping for an acrylic stand will need to test their luck! The acrylic charms are designed to be "connected" (繋げ), just like the Nekoma banner says, allowing them to be strung together into a long collection of charms!
