That one "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"... I'll trade all of these for it!

GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular Nendoroid series (ねんどろいど) from Japan has announced its latest product from the TV anime "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters": "Seto Kaiba"! It is scheduled for release in December 2024, with a suggested retail price of 7,400 JPY.

In the original "Yu-Gi-Oh!" manga, Seto Kaiba first appeared in Chapter 9, "The Card with Fangs." To obtain Grandpa Sugoroku's legendary battle card, "Blue-Eyes White Dragon," he was willing to trade an entire box of cards. He even stooped to printing a colored fake Blue-Eyes White Dragon, secretly swapping it with the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card Yugi brought to school under the pretense of wanting to see it again. Later, he lost his first card battle Dark Game against Yami Yugi, which led him to aggressively acquire Blue-Eyes White Dragons from all over the world and tear up Grandpa Sugoroku's Blue-Eyes White Dragon, becoming the world's sole owner of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

"Nendoroid Seto Kaiba" stands approximately 10 cm tall. It faithfully recreates his brown hair, black suit, and the iconic sleeveless white coat with built-in steel rods, all based on the anime's design. Meticulous attention has been paid to details such as his card-shaped necklace, silver gauntlets, belt, and the Duel Disk holding his monster cards. His facial expressions include a confident smiling face, a calm serious face, and a powerful shouting face that seems to echo "Indomitable! Invincible! Unstoppable!" These can be combined with interchangeable parts like crossed arms and a right hand drawing a card, allowing you to pose the adorable yet domineering President Kaiba! Pair him with Yami Yugi to recreate their fated duel spanning three millennia!
