Japanese toy company RE-MENT (株式会社リーメント), known for creating exquisite accessories and miniature models, announced several new products today (the 6th). This article will introduce the Pokémon series' "POCKET STATUE -Dragon-type Pokémon-" collectible figures! They are scheduled for release on November 25, 2024, with a suggested retail price of 1,200 JPY per box.
Among the many Pokémon types, the "Dragon" type, renowned for its exceptional destructive power, has always been highly coveted by many players. From Dragonite in the first generation, Dragon-type Pokémon have been incredibly popular in both video games and anime. This includes Lance's Dragonite, Iris's Haxorus, Cynthia's Garchomp, Raihan's Duraludon, Leon's Dragapult... Each of these Pokémon is incredibly powerful and leaves a lasting impression.
This POCKET STATUE series brings to life vibrant and dynamic Dragon-type Pokémon within the blind box figure format, complete with exquisite scenes. Despite their relatively miniature size, they boast a high degree of completeness, utilizing special effect parts and intricate environmental detailing to convey an astonishing sense of power! The inclusion of nameplate bases in a matching style further enhances the thematic feel of the display. This collection features a total of six Pokémon: Dragonite, Flygon, Salamence, Garchomp, Goodra, and Dragapult. Dragonite, despite its large body, looks absolutely adorable with its light and airy appearance. Garchomp, enhanced by its special effect parts, powerfully demonstrates its ability to kick up sand. Dragapult's tail end features a beautiful translucent visual effect. This set is incredibly exciting! We eagerly await the release of other types.
