This article brings you information on the Pokémon-themed "Pokémon Wa no Mado" (ポケモン 和の窓) collectible toys! Scheduled for release on December 16, 2024, with a suggested retail price of 1,200 JPY per box, there are a total of 6 styles to collect.

Personally, I believe RE-MENT's "Pokémon Wa no Mado" is absolutely one of the best Pokémon-themed masterpieces in recent years. It adopts the round window structure often seen in traditional Japanese architecture and temples as its main axis, pairing it with the various attributes and characteristics of Pokémon to extend into the scenery outside the window. The landscape is designed with Ukiyo-e techniques, making it incredibly beautiful! In addition to the depiction of the outdoor scenery, the window frame materials, colors, and bases also vary for each style. If future installments are designed with such dedication, it's entirely possible for this to become a long-running series.
This collection features 6 styles, including "Pikachu & Darumaka," "Vaporeon," "Growlithe (Hisuian Form)," "Gyarados," "Rowlet," and "Froslass." Behind Pikachu and Darumaka, the combination of snow-capped mountains and a sunset conveys a strong sense of autumn. Gyarados appears to surge through the window amidst the giant waves outside, showcasing extraordinary power. The plump Rowlet also creates a wonderful interaction with the maple branches, and the Froslass style, with its base covered in white snow, is exceptionally beautiful – truly, the more I look, the more I love it!
