The concept design and prototype for this Optimus Prime were both handled by the Kucharek Brothers. The main body, standing at a colossal 72 cm tall, powerfully showcases the might of the Autobot leader! Based on the classic G1 design, it incorporates modern aesthetic lines and a wealth of realistic mechanisms, resulting in an astonishing level of detail. Coupled with visible weathering effects throughout, a paint application that exudes a heavy metallic texture, and transparent vehicle windows on the chest, it further presents a lifelike visual effect.
Compared to the other version of Optimus Prime, the Jet Convoy Optimus Prime boasts an even more substantial presence with a length of 101.6 cm and a height increased to 86 cm – truly a colossal behemoth! In the Kucharek Brothers' concept, the massive wings and turbine thrusters behind Optimus Prime transform from his trailer. The left arm features three states: empty-handed, equipped with an energon axe, and equipped with an energon sword.
