Following the "Super X" and "Super X2", the 'MODEROID' plastic model kit series from Japan's MECHA SMILE brand has announced its latest product, the "MODEROID Super X3", from the movie 'Godzilla vs. Destoroyah'. It is priced at 8,700 JPY and is scheduled for release in May 2025!
The multi-purpose large combat aircraft "MODEROID Super X3" plastic model kit, once assembled, measures approximately 185mm in height and 290mm in length. With various pre-colored parts, pre-painted components, and water-slide decals for Super X-III and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, assembly allows for the recreation of its appearance as seen in the movie 'Godzilla vs. Destoroyah'! The 10-million-volt Type 95 Ultra-Low Temperature Laser Cannon at the front of the fuselage is crafted with plated parts for a robust texture and features a laser cannon mechanism that extends when the hatch opens.
The upper missile bay can slide open and close. As the only Super X variant equipped with flight wings, it can be displayed in a landing state with interchangeable landing gear parts!
