Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' action figure brand "S.H.Figuarts" is releasing a new product based on the anime "Magic Lamp Inc." - the "Kana Sakuragi" action figure. The suggested retail price is 11,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2025!
"Magic Lamp Inc." is a manga series that began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in 2021, with Yukika Iwata as the original creator and Yu Aoki as the artist. In 2024, it was adapted into a TV anime by Moe Inc. and J.C.STAFF. The story is set in a world plagued by various natural disasters called "Kai-i" (mysteries/anomalies). The protagonist, Kana Sakuragi, a recent graduate who has repeatedly failed in her job search, coincidentally joins "Magic Lamp Inc.," a company responsible for dealing with these Kai-i, and becomes a full-time magical girl.
This S.H.Figuarts Kana Sakuragi stands approximately 13.5 cm tall and features Kana's post-transformation appearance from the series. The sculpt faithfully recreates the design and wrinkle details of the magical girl outfit designed by Futagoyama. The skirt part is made of soft plastic to minimize impact on articulation, and dynamic flowing skirt replacement parts are included for posing versatility! Accessories include four interchangeable face parts, five interchangeable hands, the magical girl's standard vehicle, a broom. Additionally, non-articulated leg parts for riding the broom are included, which can be combined with the flowing skirt replacement parts and various display stands to recreate Kana's broom-riding poses!
