Japan's Megahouse toy company, under its "LOOK UP" series which features numerous anime and manga characters in a looking-up chibi figure style, has simultaneously released two new products based on the popular anime "Haikyuu!!" – "Koutarou Bokuto" and "Keiji Akaashi" chibi character figures. Each figure has a suggested retail price of 4,180 JPY and is scheduled for release in May 2025!
Koutarou Bokuto, a third-year student at Fukurodani Academy, and Keiji Akaashi, a second-year student, are the team's ace spiker and setter, respectively. Bokuto's cheerful and somewhat air-headed personality, combined with Akaashi's role as Bokuto's supposed straight man who inexplicably also has many quirks, has made the duo incredibly popular among fans!
These two LOOK UP figures stand approximately 11 cm tall. Bokuto and Akaashi are depicted in their Fukurodani Academy volleyball team uniforms, rendered in an adorable approximately 2.5-head-tall chibi proportion. The chibi design faithfully recreates the uniform's printing and various details of both characters' appearances. Their upward-gazing poses are incredibly charming! Both figures feature articulated heads, allowing you to adjust their line of sight, making them irresistible when held in your hands!
