Following the "Go! Pokémon Type Bath Ball" series, a popular line of bath additive toys from Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s "Bikkura Tamago" series, the latest "Normal Type Pokémon" product has been announced, featuring 5 types of Pokémon. The suggested retail price is 858 JPY each, with an anticipated release in January 2025.
In the new "Go! Pokémon Type Bath Ball" series, when a white Poké Ball is dropped into the bathtub, the bathwater's color will change according to the Pokémon's type, and a Pokémon figure of that type will appear in the tub! This allows toy enthusiasts to experience the same scenario as in the games and anime, where throwing a Poké Ball sends out a Pokémon. Each type also contains different bath additive ingredients, allowing for further (physical) immersion in the world of Pokémon.
The "Go! Pokémon Type Bath Ball Normal Type Pokémon" features a lineup of 5 Pokémon: Eevee, Porygon2, Munchlax, Ditto, and Dudunsparce (Normal Form). In addition to bathing with these adorable figures, the bath salts inside the bath ball will gradually transform the bathwater from white (representing the Normal type) to gray, and include enzymes for skin brightening. It will also emit a milky fragrance, creating a gentle atmosphere as you bathe with Normal-type Pokémon~
