SEGA Prize, a brand under Japan's SEGA Games Co., Ltd., will release a new product in its "Premium Chokonose" sitting figure series: the "Okarun (Transformed)" sitting figure from the popular anime and manga series "Dandadan." It is scheduled to be released as a prize item in January 2025!
The male protagonist, Ken Takakura, went alone to a famous haunted tunnel after a bet with Momo. Unexpectedly, he was cursed by the yokai "Turbo Granny" hidden in the tunnel, who stole his testicles. After successfully repelling Granny, he made a deal with her, allowing him to continue using Turbo Granny's abilities. In the manga, Momo, displeased that Takakura shared a name with her favorite idol and because Takakura likes occult things, always calls him "Okarun."
This "Okarun (Transformed)" sitting figure stands approximately 10 cm tall, depicting Okarun in his transformed squatting pose. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the wrinkles and textures of his clothing, as well as the flowing dynamics of his collar and hem. The glasses are made of transparent material, and the intricate tooth details on his mask are also exquisitely recreated. The paintwork restores the pale skin tone of his transformed state, with partial airbrushing to enhance the light and shadow contrast of his muscle lines, showcasing Okarun's cool appearance as if he's ready to sprint at any moment!
