Japanese gashapon toy brand Qualia, under its "Unyielding to the Wind (Kaze ni mo Makezu.)" series, has collaborated with the classic American television program "Sesame Street" to launch the super hilarious "SESAMESTREET® Sesame Street Unyielding to the Wind"! There are a total of five designs, with a suggested retail price of 400 JPY per capsule, and they are expected to be released in December 2024.
Qualia's "SESAMESTREET® Sesame Street Unyielding to the Wind" gashapon features popular characters: Big Bird, Grover, Oscar the Grouch, Cookie Monster, Abby, and the most iconic Elmo, making a total of five characters! Continuing the series' characteristic feature, each character is sculpted in a hilarious pose, with their eyes squinted shut from the strong wind, hands shielding their faces, yet bravely pushing forward. Cookie Monster is already blown askew but still steadfastly protects the cookie in his hand – truly inspiring!
