Japan's TAITO Corporation (株式会社タイトー) announced today (12th) on its official X account that its popular "Desktop Cute" prize figure series will release a new product featuring the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" – "Frieren"!
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of Frieren, an elf protagonist with an exceptionally long lifespan. In the past, she and the hero Himmel's party defeated the Demon King. However, it was only after Himmel's passing that she gradually came to understand the brevity and brilliance of human life. To further comprehend human emotions, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the disciples of two former comrades.
This Desktop Cute Frieren figure features Frieren in a relaxed, at-home look, with her hair down as she reads a magic book. The intricate sculpting beautifully captures the texture of her knitted cardigan. The flowing quality of her dress and the delicate musculature of her limbs are also exquisitely reproduced. Her flowing long hair utilizes a translucent material combined with paintwork to create a clear, ethereal visual effect, showcasing Frieren's different kind of otherworldly charm in a full-of-everyday-life image!
