Japan's Bandai Gashapon division, GASHAPON, is set to release its latest product based on the popular series "Death Note": "DEATH NOTE FIGURE COLLECTION"! There will be 5 types in total, with a suggested retail price of 500 JPY per turn, scheduled to be released in late April 2025.
The "DEATH NOTE FIGURE COLLECTION" gashapon recreates the finger puppet props Near used in the series to simulate the Kira case investigation. It faithfully reproduces their approximately 5 cm size and their somewhat crude but uniquely styled cute appearance (though not designed as actual finger puppets). The collection includes five characters: Kira, Misa Amane, Near, Mello, and L, allowing fans to mimic the scene from the series where characters are used as pieces to simulate strategies, which is incredibly fun!
